Executive
Bob
Moore, President
In 1981, Bob Moore founded Moore Information, Inc., a full service
public opinion research firm with offices in Portland, Oregon and
the Washington, D.C. area. For more than 25 years, Moore has conducted
thousands of successful market and public opinion research projects
for corporations, associations, consulting firms, government agencies
and campaigns. The company's client list includes organizations in
every industry and in communities across the nation, from Fortune
500 companies and local utility districts to candidates and campaigns
from local offices to U.S. President. Moore has grown his company
into one of the most respected public opinion research firms in the
country.
Before founding MI, Moore served as the Executive Director of the
National Republican Senatorial Committee (1977-1980), where he led
the successful Republican effort to capture control of the U.S. Senate
for the first time since 1952. The success stemmed in part from Moore's
design, direction and interpretation of a $1,000,000 annual survey
research budget in 39 states.
Active in the community, Moore served as Chair of the Portland metro
area Salvation Army Advisory Board and served as President of the
Oregon State University Alumni Association.
A frequent speaker on public opinion topics, Moore has authored numerous
articles on public opinion for local and national publications. Moore
is a native Oregonian and a graduate of Oregon State University.
Hans
Kaiser, Vice President of Campaign and Public Affairs
Hans Kaiser directs research projects for corporate and political
clients, ranging from health care and energy companies to U.S. Senate
and Congressional campaigns. Kaiser draws on more than 25 years of
experience in business, public affairs and politics to provide his
clients with a well-rounded perspective when designing and interpreting
research data.
Since Kaiser began working for MI in 1995, he has been instrumental
in expanding the company's political and corporate client base. He
has a wealth of strategic and tactical experience that he combines
with an unyielding attention to detail and a steadfast commitment
to his clients. Kaiser applies his expertise to ongoing clients such
as the National Pork Board, the National Biodiesel Board, U.S. Senator
Susan Collins (Maine), and U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski (Alaska).
Before joining MI, Kaiser served as Campaign Manager for U.S. Senator
Slade Gorton's successful 1994 re-election effort. He also worked
closely with the Washington Republican Party to design and implement
a coordinated voter program that helped win an historic Republican
victory in Washington State.
Kaiser's other previous political and public affairs experience includes
three years as Special Assistant to Senator Gorton and Executive Director
of George Bush's Victory '92 program in Washington State. He has served
as Deputy Field Director at the National Republican Congressional
Committee and as a Field Coordinator at the National Republican Senatorial
Committee. He also spent three years in New York City helping to coordinate
the production of 38 hours of videotaped interviews with Richard Nixon
for Frank Gannon Communications.
Kaiser is a 1980 graduate of Hobart College where he majored in English.
Born in Buffalo, he grew up in Annapolis, Maryland, where he now lives
with his wife and children.
Kelly
Middendorff, Vice President of Project Management
Kelly Middendorff oversees the development and completion of all
quantitative and qualitative research projects. Additionally, Middendorff
personally manages survey and focus group research for several Moore
Information clients.
With more than 15 years of experience in research design, analysis
and interpretation, Middendorff provides valuable insight to her clients,
including the Susan G. Komen Foundation, Grant County Public Utility
District, PACCAR - PacLease, and the Association of Washington Business.
Directing successful projects for her clients, she has enabled them
to make critical decisions about marketing, advertising and communications
programs. She has also played key roles in the management of ballot
measure and candidate campaigns.
Middendorff is a graduate of Oregon State University, with a degree
in Business Administration/Marketing. A professionally trained focus
group moderator, she continues to update her education in quantitative
research design, methods and analysis by regular attendance to programs
and seminars offered by the Council of American Survey Research Organizations
and other prominent training institutions.
Project Management
Nicole
Kennedy, Sr. Project Manager
Nicole Kennedy manages all aspects of survey and focus group projects,
writes research reports and presentations, and directs research design
and data analysis.
Since joining Moore Information in 2002, Kennedy has contributed
to and assisted in the management of a number of high profile projects,
including polling for U.S. Senators Gordon Smith and Lisa Murkowski,
as well as communications research for the Washington Forest Protection
Association and Oregon State University.
A member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity, Kennedy is a
graduate of Central Washington University, with a degree in Business
Administration/Marketing.
Robin
Kreger, Project Manager
As a project manager, Robin Kreger works closely with clients and
MI executives to design, implement, analyze and report on quantitative
and qualitative research projects.
Since Kreger joined MI in 2001, she has worked on research projects
for a number of political candidates and measures, including U.S.
Senate and Gubernatorial campaigns, as well as contributed to a range
of corporate and public affairs projects in the transportation, health
care and natural resource fields.
Kreger graduated with honors from Lewis and Clark College in 2001,
with a degree in Psychology. While at Lewis and Clark College, Kreger
also earned the Lois M. Smithwick Female Athlete of the Year award
and served as a mentor in the Ethnic Student Services Program.
Beth Gilbert, Project
Manager
Since joining Moore Information in 1999, Beth Gilbert has worked
closely with Hans Kaiser to manage and coordinate projects for Moore
Information’s Washington, D.C. area office. As a project manager,
Gilbert works on all phases of research projects, from design and
fielding through analysis and reporting.
Gilbert is a key contributor to several political and association
clients, such as U.S. Senator Susan Collins, U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski,
the National Biodiesel Board the National Pork Board, and the United
Soybean Board.
Prior to joining Moore Information, Gilbert worked for U.S. Senator
Slade Gorton and in the private sector, in several data management
positions of increasing responsibility. In total, Gilbert brings more
than two decades of experience to every project she manages.
Gilbert is a graduate of the University of Maryland, with a degree
in Marketing.
Operations
Kristina Britton, Operations Manager
Kristina Britton manages all aspects of business planning, human
resources planning and office operations. Britton also oversees the
data collection and data processing functions for Moore Information.
Drawing from years of experience in call center management and staffing,
Britton is responsible for ensuring that strict quality standards
are met or exceeded at every step in the data collection process.
Prior to joining MI, Britton led an on-site team for Express Personnel
Services that managed as many as 600 temporary employees at client
sites, such as Fujitsu, Norm Thompson and Egghead.com. In her role
with Express, Britton ensured that staffing, orientation, training
and personnel management needs were addressed to each client's specifications
and satisfaction.
Britton also previously managed a team of customer service representatives
for Protection One. As a Customer Service Manager, Britton worked
closely with her team to make sure they consistently met efficiency
and quality service standards in addressing customer needs.
Britton is a graduate of the University of Oregon, with a bachelor's
degree in Sociology.
Dave Rohmbock, Data Processing/Information Systems
Specialist
Dave Rohmbock coordinates data processing functions and maintains
all systems hardware and software for Moore Information. Originally
joining the MI team in 1995 as an interviewer, Rohmbock moved quickly
to the role of field supervisor and later to data processing assistant.
Rohmbock's knowledge and experience is reflected in the continued
ease with which he offers improved solutions and integrates them into
the Data Processing and IT Departments.
Prior to joining MI, Rohmbock worked for Stream International as
an IT specialist, providing end-user hardware and operating system
support for two major PC manufacturers. Rohmbock also worked at Coast
to Coast and Life Partners Group Insurance in Colorado, before moving
to Portland in 1994.
Rohmbock is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver with
a B.A. in psychology and German.
Jason Sneed, Data Processing Specialist
Jason Sneed coordinates data processing, sample acquisition and
development, and programming and administration of online survey projects
for Moore Information.
Sneed also regularly analyzes fielding project data, and makes recommendations
for process and quality control improvements that will help maintain
and increase efficiency and accuracy.
Sneed brings a wealth of knowledge to the practice of data collection
management. Since 1994, Sneed has successfully learned and mastered
every data collection department position at MI, including editor,
supervisor, programming manager, and field services manager, leading
up to his current role as a data processing specialist.
